Noblesse Oblige Charitable Foundation is a Nigerian charitable organisation committed to creating opportunities, empowering individuals and supporting communities. We believe that privilege comes with responsibility, and that meaningful change begins when we use what we have to help others rise.
Noblesse Oblige is a French expression meaning “privilege carries responsibility.” It reflects our belief that those who have the opportunity to make a difference have a responsibility to do so.
Our mandate is to identify people with potential, provide meaningful opportunities and create practical pathways for them to build better lives. Through education, skills development, empowerment and community-focused initiatives, we aim to turn potential into possibility.
We support individuals and communities who have the potential to thrive but may lack access to the opportunities and resources they need. Our programmes currently focus on young people, educators, entrepreneurs and underserved members of our communities.
Our work spans five key areas: education and scholarships, digital skills development, entrepreneurship and financial empowerment, community empowerment, and support for those who serve and strengthen our communities.
Applications are made through the relevant programme page on our website. Each initiative has its own eligibility requirements and application process. Please read the requirements carefully before submitting an application.

We consider factors such as eligibility, need, potential impact, the information provided in the application and the specific requirements of each programme. Our aim is to ensure that opportunities reach people who can genuinely benefit from them.

We want to build a culture where opportunity is not simply received but passed on. Our goal is to create lasting impact by helping people discover their potential, gain access to opportunities and become part of a stronger, more empowered Nigeria.
No prior experience is necessary. We provide training and guidance to ensure every volunteer can contribute effectively and safely.
We are dedicated to making a difference by supporting and empowering lives.
